Description: After receiving a redundancy package and downsizing her home post-divorce, Caroline found herself with surplus funds but was uncertain about how to invest them. Caroline entrusted £85,000 in my project for a span of 12 months. I took on the challenge of rejuvenating a tired 5-bedroom HMO without increasing its size or adding more rooms and transformed it into a modern 6-bedroom HMO, complete with 2 bathrooms, crafted specifically for professionals. This strategic redevelopment provided Caroline the passive income she desired, letting her funds work for her without her having to lift a finger.
